This is my food journal for 1 week.
Notice there isnt any chocolate.
And pop.
And McDonalds.

5 pounds down.
25 to go.

If it works for you!!! I'm glad you lost some of that weight you've wanted to. 25 lbs sounds like a lot to lose. 5lbs is a great start!
